We’d like to invite you and your family to take part in our Family Drawing Workshop led by artist Donna Vale at The Great Bow Wharf in Langport on Saturday 25th October and 1st November. ALL FAMILY MEMBERS AND CARERS WELCOME!
Let your imagination run free at our drawing workshops! Come along you will have a go at drawing and printing and also all get a chance to go on our POP-UP studio. Workshops for families and young people with communication needs will be running on Saturday 25th October and 1st November from 10am until 2pm, with a lunch in the café included, so book ahead and make sure you save yourselves a space.
The workshops will be held at the Great Bow Wharf in Langport, and are going to be led by Donna Vale, a local artist and owner of the shop and business For Every Cloud. Donna runs many workshops and classes at her shop, varying from crochet classes to calligraphy lessons, so rest assured you’ll be in very skilled hands. Her creative know-how will have to brimming with ideas and inspiration, you’ll be itching to have a go at all the activities, your drawing may even become part of our growing installation in the entrance to the Great Bow Wharf.
Short breaks give both carers and people they care for the opportunity to have a break from their caring role. SPAEDA works with Short breaks to run weekend and holiday clubs in arts, media and music and have a growing community of families accessing this programme.
